City of Scranton Weatherization Deferral Program

The office of Community and Economic Development of the City of Scranton has contracted with ACE to address single-family homes in the city of Scranton with Deferral issues, preventing the homeowner from receiving WX services.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Single-family home in the City of Scranton

  • 80% of medium family income as defined by HUD for the City of Scranton

  • Eligible for WX Services provided by ACE

  • SLHDA will determine eligibility and deferral issues that need to be addressed.
